The Foundation shall be empowered to solicit and receive grants, solicit and receive other contributions, as well as the Board of Directors' fees and other property.
The Board of Directors shall schedule (4) meetings per year. Each member of the Board shall attend at least three (3) meeting of the board year. Meeting Dates: January, April, July, and October.

The Progressive Foundation of Clay Clay County is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes.
The Foundation may enter into contracts, partnership and joint ventures with other entities that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code or the corresponding section
or any future federal tax code.
has awarded the Progressive Foundation of Clay County a check for $10,000 through the Community Care Fund. The funds will be used to purchase smoke detectors for residents, provide a STEM Workshop for the West Point Boys & Girls Club, create a library with education material for the
Clay county ICS Head Start Center.

Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and improve conditions. Your generous donation will fund our mission.







Presented 100 smoke detectors and fans at The Delta Center on December 19, 2024 1:00-4:00 pm. The community members who received these items expressed their gratitude and appreciation. This is just one of the community service project the foundation will be providing to the citizens of West Point; secured by TVA Commun
