- Annual Fees for each member of the Board of Director shall be fifty dollars ($50.00). Annual fees must be paid by January 31 of each year. Members of the Board shall not receive any compensation for their service as Directors.

The Foundation shall be empowered to solicit and receive grants, solicit and receive other contributions, as well as the Board of Directors' fees and other property.
The Board of Directors shall schedule (4) meetings per year. Each member of the Board shall attend at least three (3) meeting of the board year. Meeting Dates: January, April, July, and October.
